1. Shipping Areas To maintain the highest quality of logistics and customer support, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. 2. Shipping Methods & Costs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required. During checkout, you will have the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 5 to 8 business days — FREE

  • Priority/Express Shipping (FedEx): 3 to 5 business days — $3.99

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to local postal delays or unforeseen weather circumstances.

3. Processing Time Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it is handed over to the carrier. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real-time through our "Track Your Order" page or directly on the courier's website.

5. Delivery Addresses Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Velutus™ is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete address information, or missing apartment/suite numbers.
