At Velutus™, your rest and satisfaction are our top priorities. We believe in the quality of the Velum Pillow, which is why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial. If you are not fully satisfied with your sleep experience, we are here to help.
The 30-Night Sleep Trial You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We highly recommend sleeping on your new Velum Pillow for at least 14 nights to allow your body and spine to properly adjust to the ergonomic butterfly contour.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return under our 30-Night Trial, the product must meet the following reasonable conditions:

The pillow and its cover must be in good, clean condition (free from stains, tears, pet hair, or strong odors).

The item must be returned with all original accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that are heavily soiled, physically damaged due to misuse, or do not meet these hygiene standards.

Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your Velum Pillow arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, Velutus™ will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Sleep Trial / Change of Mind: If you are returning the pillow under the 30-Night Trial because it simply wasn't the right fit for you, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@velutus.com.
